refurbished cell phones.We only sell unlocked brand new cell phones.
SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges
are determined based on what you order, the weight of the item and
the method of shipment you select. When placing an order with us,
the system will automatically calculate the shipping and handling
charges for you and the system will allow you to review the charges
prior to entering your credit card information. Shipping and handling
fees are non-refundable.
The following shipping
methods are available:
UPS Ground 4 to 6 business
days form date of shipment.
UPS 2nd Day 2 Business days from date of shipment.
UPS Overnight 1 Business day from date of shipment.
SECURE ONLINE ORDERING
ALL orders are given top
security and is processed securely by PaymentOnline,
Inc.. ALL information is confidential and private.
ALL customers will be sent an e-mail confirming the receipt of thier
orders after they placed their orders. Shipping fees may be additional
and will be automatically calculated by our system prior to the
initial finalization of any product order. We ship ASAP (The same
business day in most cases). Make sure to put both billing phone
number and daytime phone number with your order. All the information
boxes MUST be filled out BEFORE any order can be processed.
RETURNS
- Cell Phone Company
offers you 15 Days Return Merchandise Facility for defective or
exchanges from the date it arrives at your location.
- All return items MUST
be brand new, factory sealed, unused.
- Open Boxes can only be
exchanged.
- ALL returned items for
refund are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (no restocking
fee on defective or exchanges) No exhange on used items.
- All Returns, for any
reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturers’ packaging
and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied
accessories.
- No returns will be accepted
without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility
for the package until it arrives at our location.
- Please email us at support@cellphonecompany.com
to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
before returning any merchandise to us.
- Please Keep ALL packing
material and documentation in the event that your equipment has
to be serviced, repaired or returned.
- Cell Phone Company
is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
- Customer is responsible
for all returns till it arrives to our location.
- Shipping, Express Shipping,
Handling, Insurance and other fees are NON-Refundable.
